So, last month I found out that Google has been blocking all my reviews on their platform. After submitting a request to ask why I got an automated email saying it was now fixed, but absolutely zero explanation or apology for this.
Today, I have found the same issue on my business account, but concerning my replies to my customers.
Apparently saying thank you is against their terms and conditions??

I am so annoyed by this as it seems I have taken the time to answer some customers, but not others. On my admin section it tells me I have replied to everyone but it did not tell me that so many replies were not published, which is terrible for a business owner. They should send the business owner an email to let us know there is an issue.
This is just another example of these big corps that don’t give a damn about the customers that helped them grow!
If your review does not have a reply, I apologise on behalf of Google!
After editing some replies, they have now disappeared completely, like this one:



I will take the time to reply to them all again, as my customers are worth it to me 🙂
