Unable to use mouse scroller on Plex

If you have issues with PLEX not working when you scroll your mouse wheel, this will fix it 🙂

make a text file called Enable Scroll Inactive Windows
then rename it from Enable Scroll Inactive Windows.txt to Enable Scroll Inactive Windows.reg

Right mouse click and edit the file and add this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
“MouseWheelRouting”=dword:00000002
then save and run the file, log out or reboot.

If you need to disable it for any reason do the exact same thing but change the 2 to a zero, so it reads like this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
“MouseWheelRouting”=dword:00000000
You could always make another file called Disable Scroll Inactive Windows.reg
