Wasnt even a customer  but got good honest help over phone.  With his knowledge and experience diagnosed what might be wrong and he told me to take my gpu back to shop.   Turns out. Correct call. . Would highly recommend Steve. He was so helpful at very short notice when we had a serious problem with our laptop. He told us not to worry and he would get everything sorted for us. Deserves 10 stars. Steve and his trainee attended here this morning to look at my ancient laptop which wasn’t working. I had been really stressed because it contained a large amount of stuff I could no longer access. They were thorough, patient and took time to explain everything clearly to me. They fixed the laptop and I was so delighted I gave them both a hug 🙂. The cost was extremely reasonable and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a repair done at home. Steve did an outstanding job building my new PC. He took my old computer apart (and cleaned the components) before rebuilding everything using the new parts I gave him. He also installed all the required software and drivers for me. Steve also went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly by doing a burn in test.

From start to finish, he kept me updated and was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I'm very happy with my new PC, and I definitely recommend Mobile PC Rescue to anyone looking for someone reliable who takes care with their work.
