• Very rarely need access to your computer
• Can diagnose network issues without remote access
• If they ask you to install anything — stop and verify

Never trust links or phone numbers sent in messages.

• Use the number on your bank card, official letters, or your actual bills
• Do NOT use numbers given to you in texts or emails
• If something feels off, hang up immediately and call the real number
